September 24, 2018 from 6-9 pm Chef Felicia Rand and her guest team will be creating a five course tasting menu. With the help of Chefs Alex Fiacci, Lauren Markowitz, Yann Guigne and Chris Brown, they will create a seasonal menu that highlights the end of summer and the beginning of fall.

About the Event

This event will be a celebration of the changing of the seasons. Quattro Angoli Catering will be hosting this event at A Mano Kitchen and Bar. Chef Felicia Rand and a team of chefs will be creating a five course tasting menu that showcases the food surrounding Central New York in a farm to table setting. We will have produce and meats sourced from farms around Syracuse. Most food can be found at the CNY Regional Market. We will also feature local "drinkeries" and products to help connect everyone in the local area. It is a meal that is dedicated to connecting the farmer, chef and consumer in unique and delicious ways.
