Started for the love of sharing our date night outings, WeEatCNY aims to share the great cuisine coming from the exceptional chefs and restaurants in the greater Central New York area.

We talk with local chefs, restaurateurs, and other food artisans to promote and share their passions for food and for you to get an inside look into the minds of who might be part of making that next great dish you're about to try!

The American Culinary Federation, Inc. (ACF), a professional organization for chefs and cooks, was founded in 1929 in New York City by three chefs’ organizations: the Société Culinaire Philanthropique, the Vatel Club and the Chefs de Cuisine Association of America. Since our inception, little has changed in our principal goals. We are an organization based on promoting the professional image of American chefs worldwide through education of culinarians at all levels.

Farm to Fork 101 is the connection between local agriculture, chefs, restaurants and the consumer. I can't think of a more necessary business to advance the culinary scene in Central New York than Farm to fork 101 and the work Mark is doing!
