Farmer and the Chef Community Dinner Series

Farm to Fork 101 and Eden Restaurant have come together once again to showcase a beautiful farm here in CNY. We are excited to bring together our farmers and our chefs in our first, of a series of community dinners, that are meant to connect the guest with the farmer in unique and sustainable ways.  Join us for four courses of local farm fresh food at Wyllie Fox Farm, a local, NOFA certified organic farm that specializes in greenhouse organic seedlings. 

It has been a long while since we have had an event but we are overly excited to be able to invite 20 guests to come visit the farm while enjoying a four course dinner made exclusively by Chef/Owner Rich Strub of Eden Restaurant. We will be practicing social distancing so that everyone will be able to sit 6' apart but can still enjoy the whole experience of eating farm to table while sitting among farmers, chefs and the beauty of the farm. 

We will be offering four courses with an optional wine pairing. There will be a social hour from 5-6 pm for everyone to enjoy a stroll around the farm. Try some special appetizers and enjoy a farm fresh adult beverage. (alcohol is not included in price but will be available for purchase). The dinner will start promptly at 6 pm. We will connect and hear stories from the chef himself and about how his restaurant has adapted to the ever changing industry. We will also have a chance to hear stories of the farm and connect with them as they speak about their passion of farming and what it truly means to grow organically. You will also have a chance to watch the chef in action and speak with him directly while he is preparing your dishes. So many great things to check out. 

We would love to have all of you enjoy the sights and scenes of a working farm. We will be eating outside yet technically inside of a greenhouse. Hope you can all come enjoy a night of farm, food and fun!
