About the event

Five chefs, Five farmers Five Courses. Come join your local food community for an engaging, one night only culinary experience that will celebrate Syracuse area chefs and farms and the pressing need to waste less food. This exciting event will feature a five course dinner expertly crafted from locally gleaned produce and highlight the empowering ways we can all prevent the loss of deliciously nutritious foods.

 

This event is a collaboration between Farm to Fork 101, LoFo, and the Syracuse University Center for Sustainable Community Solutions (SU-CSCS).
