Farm to Fork 101 and The Fish Friar are coming together to prepare a five course tasting menu featuring fresh seasonal produce and regionally caught seafood. Chef Giovanni Giardina and his team are working with local and regional farms to provide seafood that has been raised and caught sustainably.
